Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clavicles (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The App is published by Lyrae Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App.

3. Account

You may sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers subscription plans (weekly and lifetime) that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are processed and billed by Apple through the App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's payment terms.

• Weekly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
• Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time purchase and do not renew.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through the AI Coach or any other feature
• Circumvent or manipulate subscription or access controls
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App

6. Body Analysis & Health Disclaimer

The App provides body proportion analysis and a training program for informational and entertainment purposes only. The scores, metrics, and training recommendations provided by the App are not medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program or making health-related decisions.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the body analysis results. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, posture, and other factors.

7. AI Coach

The AI Coach feature provides automated responses generated by artificial intelligence. These responses are for general informational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You use the AI Coach at your own discretion and risk.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, training programs, scoring algorithms, and branding, is the property of Lyrae Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide through the App, including photos and profile information. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the App's features. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use your photos for any purpose other than delivering the analysis results to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyrae Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lyrae Labs from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
